The Scale Modellers Supply Metallics range of lacquer model paints are specifically formulated for air brushing straight out of the bottle. With a denser pigment compared to a lot of other model paints, expert results can be gained with minimal effort - just Pour & Spray!
(NOTE: For best results with the Metallics range, please use PL30 JET BLACK as the base coat before applying the metallics)

All SMS acrylic Laquer paints are amazing. However, I had to give 4 out of 5 stars. I do like the glass bottles, but the caps aren't well made. For half of my paints the inner part of the caps stics to the bottle every time I open them, making it a messy business sometimes. The bottles are also bad for pouring paint into an airbrush tank. I would like to see caps with a dripper like other manufacturers use. I did communicate this to SMS a while back but they claim the rubber would dissolve - I have swapped the original caps for drippers on some of my paints more than a year back, no issue with the drippers.
