I Love Kit 1/35 M3 Grant Medium Tank Plastic Model Kit

The Grant is the British version of the American-made M3 medium tank.

After losing a large number of tanks in the Battle of Dunkirk in 1940, the British signed a contract with the U.S. to manufacture the M3 medium tank for the British Army, which was modified to a British design.

The car, which was equipped with a large turret with a rear overhang and an on-board radio, was called "General Grant" or simply "Grant" after General Ulysses S. Grant, the commander-in-chief of the Union Army during the Civil War. The Grant, like the M3 medium tank, is a small, medium-sized tank.

Like the M3 medium tank, the Grant had some disadvantages, such as its high vehicle height, which made it easy to be detected by the enemy, and the limited range of its main gun, a 75mm cannon. It served in anti-tank combat until the German army withdrew from North Africa in May 1943.
